Day 3 of 30 day challenge!

Well I was goo and got up for step class this morning. Then I met a coworker for lunch. I went shopping and got some and a couple cute tops. My dog bear sat on my laptop screen and it is now in the repair shop. But at least I can update from my iPad. I said I was goingnto start sharing my meals so here is what I ate May 26

1. Oatmeal w orange juice

Snack yogurt

2. Philly cheesesteaks with red beans and rice and iced tea

3 hamburger w no bun and steam fresh garlic noodles with veggies and applesauce

I took the dog on a walk after dinner. Not a very long o e but we beat the rain.

Plan for tomorrow is kick class, massage, grocery shopping and barn!
