O: Overturn a bad habit--be it nutrition, physical, mental (ie beating yourself up) then JOURNAL or BLOG about it - Post a blog entry or write in a personal journal about your Mid-challenge Thoughts. What bad habits do you have that are keeping you from your goals? What can you do to break these bad habits? Are you WHERE you wanted to be? What are your goals to Finish STRONG? What's your plan?
1) Copy my entries before hitting Spell Check or Post. That way I won't lose all my hard work to a computer glitch
