An important difference

Thursday, May 26, 2011

So there is a difference in me from the last time I tried this a year ago. True I was basicly the same weight, however I definitly have a different body composition. A year ago I was essentially a sedentary student. Now I am back at work and much more active. Additionally I am on my feet approximately 6 hours a day. I have mixed feelings about the fact that my legs are now pretty much solid muscle ( nice to be firm , bad to be a bit bulgy), but I can definitly assume that I have more muscle mass than I did last year.

If you're more active this year than you were last year, you might want to consider changing your Spark health profile to reflect that. But if you do, be warned that the trackers will tell you to eat a little less and work out more than you are now. The other option would be to buy a pedometer & track your steps (cardio) through the fitness tracker that way. I think it'll give you a better reflection of what you're doing, instead of what you're supposed to be doing.

I'm also hoping that a year later (today), that you're also a little wiser. It sounds like you might be. :-D

Spark on!
