So there is a difference in me from the last time I tried this a year ago. True I was basicly the same weight, however I definitly have a different body composition. A year ago I was essentially a sedentary student. Now I am back at work and much more active. Additionally I am on my feet approximately 6 hours a day. I have mixed feelings about the fact that my legs are now pretty much solid muscle ( nice to be firm , bad to be a bit bulgy), but I can definitly assume that I have more muscle mass than I did last year.
