Yesterday I was home all day and didn't snack much, so I consider that a very good thing. I was pretty busy sewing up something for my mom and working on a quilt, so that definitely helped since my hands were busy and I was upstairs. I kept having to go up and down the stairs to use the iron, so I also kept moving throughout the day, in addition to the 30 minutes of cardio I did yesterday morning.
Today I'm going back to the fitness center after work. I'm trying to get there at least 2-3 days a week to do some running so that my legs and butt can get more of a workout.
I'm still trying to get myself back on track with my eating; it is so hard when you live with someone else, especially when that person doesn't really pay much attention to what they eat!
