So today I felt really wonky at DD's naptime so I ate instead of working out...if I'm feeling better tonight I will do the weight lifting workout that was indicated for my daily goals. However, if the wonky feeling continues, I'm skipping it...feel like my head isn't connected to my body, and mor e than a bit nautious...I thought I might be hunger-related, but it's been sticking around despite me eating....hope this feeling goes away soon, I really want to do this and do it right....
