Menopause and weight gain

Hi, just wondering out there if anyone as ideas to prevent weight gain with menopause. I work out with weights and some cardio, yoga. I don't want to get more weight on so hopefully many of you have ideas. Thanks, emoticon

    I know about upping the protein but what about fats? Not a problem if they go up?

    I am on a low carb diet but don't know if you have to keep your calories down still and does it matter if fat and protein are more or just protein.

    I'm right there with you. I have had to amp up my workouts, up the protein, and lower the carbs....best of luck! emoticon
