I'm back!

I can not say how glad I am to be back communicating with my spark people! I went away on vacation and returned to computer issues and was all together computerless for three weeks! I am happy to say that I ate good things and made good choices but I know my calorie limits were higher than they should have been. I still lost but only lost a little. The way I feel? I was on vacation, drank beer, ate crab cakes and still lost weight so I feel GREAT!!!! :) In the past, I would easily gain 5 lbs on vacation stuffing my face so losing on my own without my spark people was a win for me!

I have only lost 26 lbs with SP but 56 all together. It was overwhelming what I was able to do with my son since losing my weight that I couldn't do before. I used to avoid the beach like the plague because it's hot, and I would get sweaty and the sand would stick to my fat... lol. I hated it. This time I spent HOURS on end building sand castles and playing frisbee and had a blast. I even had so much energy when we came home that I planted two trees, one bush, a veggie garden and LOTS of flowers. I love the things I can do now that I couldn't before and it's just motivating me to keep going until I can do more things that I can't do now.

Keep on trucking, friends. :)
