Yay me! I got up at 7:30 to work out. I did 13 minutes on the bike and 5 on the elliptical. I would have done more, but Pete needed me home. Then later I took a 10 minute brisk walk.
I need to improve my stretching, and spend more time on it.
Today involves studying for economics test, celaning the house, putting away laundry and doing strength training

    Welcome to Sp and great job on the workout. I have to force myself to workout some days but I know I'll feel better when I get done. Today is a good day for cleaning especially here in Ohio as we are in the middle of a storm. Good luck with your program.
