Two days later I am back to my mainainence weight from my weekend screw up without a drastic diet - just lots of water and normal food other than I replace one meal with a protein shake.
I bought some of the new crystal light witht the truvia - after being in awe at the taset I saw that it actually has 5 grams of sugar which is only 2 grams less than koolaide packets. Granted it is actually sugar and not a chemical or high fructose corn syrup (which in theory is healthier) and is a lot less sugar than a soft drink - but it will only be an occasiional treat. Too good to be true seems to be the norm for anything drink wise other than water and milk. and with milk there is the antibiotic/hormone issue.
