Kind of a fly-by post tonight. I'm just exhausted, but it's been a while since I checked in.

I made a conscious decision to socialize with my co-workers instead of hitting the treadmill. I think in every blog lately I mention how stressful work is right now - it's probably becoming tiresome. I just needed a chance to commiserate. We can't really do it freely anywhere else.
I'm in the process of moving to a new office, and I'm approaching feeling settled. It's been crazy. I've been on business travel 3 of the last 4 weeks, and I've got a trip this week and each of the three following weeks. When I finally get a break, it will be 8 of 10 weeks on the road. Last week I hit a spring snow storm. Between the ice, slush, fog, and joys of closed interstates, I spent nine hours driving home when it usually takes five. I'm hoping the next few trips are calmer weather-wise.
Anyway, this week I'm focusing on getting my protein and staying hydrated. On that, I scored a much higher grade today..
Breakfast: 1 piece turkey sausage, 1 egg w/ lf cheese (sprinkled lightly)
Morning Snack: oatmeal fiber bar
Lunch: 1.2 oz shaved turkey breast and 1.5 oz lf cheese
Afternoon snack: peanut butter protein bar
Dinner: 3 oz. dijon crusted salmon and 3/4 c. parmesan/romano rice
Water: 80 oz
Protein: 69 g
