I am having trouble keeping my calories even close to my range. Today I was nearly 1000 calories over my goal! I didn't eat any "bad" food, but I just ate way too much. This past few weeks have been my first attempts at tracking food, and I am amazed at how many calories I am eating. It seems I am always hungry, but I am getting better at eating lean protein or fruits or veggies for snacks. I don't eat prepared foods. Any tips?
