I haven't done a blog in a while so I figured I would just tell everyone whats been going on.
I started the spring 5% challenge, although I don't think I have lost a single pound yet. I am still working on it. emoticon

I am on a job hunt for the summer, but no luck yet. emoticon I never knew it would be this hard to find summer employment around the city, but I will keep looking.

I started this new workout plan from exercise tv today. Its not easy... at all. emoticon There is a lot of strength training and cardio mixed in to make it twice as difficult. My muscles are sore so it must be working. I just would like for it to work without the pain part, lol. emoticon

And lastly, I think I am going to start doing some more volunteer work this summer.

Its nice to give back to the community, even if you don't get paid to do so, lol.

That sums up about everything I have been doing and what I plan to do this summer. I hope everyone else has a great summer planned as well. emoticon

    Well! I'm glad to see you're still working on it! That's GREAT! Blessings on the job hunt ... it's hard for people looking for full time work -- I can't even imagine trying to find a SUMMER job right now... other than at the swimming pools and beaches! Volunteering IS great for the heart - and the community. (doesn't pay the bills - but it makes ya feel good!) emoticon emoticon

    Volunteering is always a great way to give back and it does make you feel good to do something for others. Proud of you.

You might not have lost anything since starting the spring challenge, but please still log in your weight for the team. If you miss logging in for two weeks you are dropped for the weigh-in. We really don't want that to happen, so post your weigh-in no matter what.
