okay so i worked hard. walked 3 miles EVERY day rain, horrid heat, etc. my food was good. and i gained. my reward for killing myself. oh well, not a darn thing i can do but pray for october and cooler temps. wish i could like the warm months like everyone else!!!

    I can see why you don't like the warm months. But just a few more months and your cold weather will come again. Take care Holly and don't sweat it, that lb will drop off soon.

    I haven't gained, but I also haven't moved in three weeks in spite of the effort. They say that when increasing exercise or strength program to expect a temporary gain. It's possible you didn't actually gain fat but muscle. Also watch your sodium intake, too much sodium can add water weight.

Each pound is 3,500 calories, since you were on track it is doubtful that you ate that many extra calories. Therefore it is unlikely that this gain is fat related. Remember the scale is a tool not the almighty of weight loss. Keep doing what your doing, the positive results will follow.

    I'm with you... don't really like the warm months. I'm a big fan of fall though!

Don't get too down. I'm up a pound too! Next week well just knock those pounds right out of here!
