Weeks Goals:
1. AM Stretch/Yoga - Everyday
2. Ab work out - Mon/Wed/Fri
3. Walk 30 minutes - Everyday
4. Weights - Tues/Thurs/Sat

Work on hitting those 100 pushups this week.
I will lose 3.6 lbs this week!
