Second Week measurements

I did T-Tapp again all last week. I love it, it makes me feel so good. I have loads of energy and all of my aches and pains are going away.

I only lost 2 inches last week, but I am really happy with that because they were in my middle where I really need to lose them.

I am going to do BWO+ every other day this week and hoe downs on the off days.

    Yes, I am pretty happy with my weight (in the 140's) and size (8) now. I just want to feel stronger and lose fat around my middle. T-Tapp is doing that for me. I really love it.

    2 inches is still great especially around the middle. That's where I need to lose the most for good health. emoticon
