Week 12 Results are in

I made it on 4HB for 12 weeks and am giving myself a pat on the back for sticking with the plan. My goal was to lose 20 pounds in this timeframe; but I actually lost 19.5 pounds -- close, no cigar, but not a devastating miss either. Along with this I've lost 19.47 total inches. I am SO GLAD I measured before starting the program and throughout. It has been a great help psychologically when I thought progress was slow. So, I'm taking the 19.5 and going forward into Phase 2.

For Phase 2 I'm setting a small goal of 10 lbs and an even smaller goal of reaching the 190s. During this new phase, I will also work on walking with some consistency. I need to exercise regularly. This should keep me going in the right direction.

At this point, I feel better, my clothes fit looser and I'm almost comfortably in the next size down (I actually can wear them, but some styles are still a bit tight). There is still much work to be done.
