I discovered for myself that I can make SparkPeople work for me by dedicating an hour a week on Sunday by reading and records-keeping. I honestly don't have time to do everything daily (or nightly, in my case). I can record glucose as my 7 day average each week, my weight each week, and I'll use the date back-button to record exercise for each day. I tend to gather lots of little scraps of paper in my purse, but I date and time them so I know what goes where. Now that my One Weigh class is meeting only every 2 weeks, and will soon end, I need something to help me keep on track. So today is day one.
