The beginning....

Well here I am...again! It is always crazy to me that I do this to myself, I do well, lose some weight and then off the wagon and gain it back. I need to do this now...I want to succeed. Enough on feeling this way and missing out on stuff with my friends and family because the way I feel. With the support of everyone out there, I am going to do this and feel good about myself! I would love support, guidance and wisdom from anyone out there.
Well....here I go!
