I started my C25K training today!!!
My son and I went to the Jr High track and I started it today.
The next time I go I will run the straight-aways and walk the curves (of the track) and when I go to the gym, I will go to the track screen and do it the same way there.
Its too hard for me to keep up with the timing. So, I figure that will be a good way to do it.
Yep, so this is day one, step one.
And I will be at 145 by my birthday (July 8)... and I will find a 5K and register for it.
