Finally realized that it was never vitamins I was lacking in .... all along it has been my nutrition! Today I was just not hungry and so I haven't met my nutrition goal and I also came up short Thursday and Friday, but today was the worst! Because of that I am exhausted. So I am going to turn in early get up at a decent time and have a hearty breakfast (looks like I'll start off great) plan a healthy dinner, and get in my exercises Starting off on the right foot! Well, so I taught myself a lesson the hard way but at least I know what I did wrong.
The vitamins come from your nutrition so as your diet improves so does your health, win-win! You can get most of the things you need except iron from a daily pint of milk, I don't like "dairy" so get a calcium supplement but all the other stuff comes from fresh fruit and veg and meat/fish.
