Don’t fear the run. The run isn’t the enemy.
The run doesn’t want to defeat you.
The run wants to make you stronger, fitter, faster.
It wants to make you believe you can do the impossible.
To remind you that while others are sitting on the couch wishing their life would change, you are making it happen.
The run is preparing you for greatness. The run may not be easy, but it’s always worth it.
