Good morning all! I'm going to try to make today a great day! I slipped a little yesterday because I only had 4 glasses of water (I still didn't have any soda and the only 2 other things I had were the simply lemonade and simply apple juice, neither of which have any added sugar. This morning I am starting out with a yoplait key lime pie yogurt (just like the commercial lol) and a quaker chewy granola bar (chocolate chunk). I feel like my breakfasts are healthy but I think I might need to change it up pretty soon because one can only eat so much yogurt. I planned on going for a run yesterday evening but it ended up raining and I was exhausted after my 6 week 6 pack. I think I'm a little afraid of running again because I remember how hard it was to start and don't want to fail. But, I know I will start again soon because I definitely miss it and how stress relieving it is. It's weird but I still have numerous dreams about just running, not from or to anywhere or anyone but just running and it is awesome in dreams because you never get tired lol. Well time to start my day, wishing everybody an awesome day!
