Still LOVE my shape ups, have the sneaker sr light ones now too... also amazing :)

I'm back to eating right, and I even went for a walk this morning, tomorrow it will be longer but I think this is how I will wake up in the morning... until now I've tried to FV/FB or spark until my brain wakes up(prozak does that for me lol). Well guess what? the SUN is OUT!! I will be going outside now.. that helped this morning, and I even did some pushups and lunges... this is a good day :)

I'm down 6 lbs in may without exercising... I'm adding that in right now. I plan to head to the gym tonight and spend at least an hour there working... some on the elliptical and the rest of the treadmill... I don't fathom perfection I just want to get myself used to spending more time at the gym. If I get myself there and I already plan on staying for an hour I'll give myself the power to see how much I can accomplish-- it's been at least 2 months since i've set foot in the gym YIKES.

I'm shooting for (2) 15 minute sessions on the elliptical and the remaining 30 minutes on the treadmill, this is do-able. As long as I keep with it I get the gold star for the day, lol.
