Turbo Fire Plateau

So I started turbo fire two weeks ago. I did the 5 day inferno plan first. I stuck to the diet except for the shakeology drinks because I didn't have them. I ended up losing 5 lbs. I was so excited to see that weight come off. I have never lost that much weight at one time. I am now completely addicted to turbo fire.

OK, so what's the problem you say? Well I have now completed the first real week of turbo fire and I have been tracking my calories and doing all the videos. I set my spark nutrition tracker to be the amount of calories calculated in the book and have been staying within them. I think I was 100 under a couple days and 100 over one day. So all in all pretty consistent.

I figure that I am eating less then my spark calculator is telling me so I have to at least lose a pound this week. (spark calculator for my weight would calculate 1500 some calories. I have been eating 1400 some calories) I confidently get on the scale, wait for that number to drop ..............and............ it's the same as last week. What a downer.

I'm not going to give up. I'm going to stick it out until the end or at least until my wedding day (Aug 6th) and see if I can accomplish my goal of weighing 135. If anyone out there is reading this and has any suggestions for me please send them my way. I need something to kick it up a notch so the weight begins to come off again.

Goal for next week: Work out 2x per day at least 3x per week.

    I say stop focusing on weight lose and focus on how you feel, tone/shape. The scale can deceive us and set us into a downward spiral if/when used as the only indicator so you need to find other ways to measure your success.

Great job so far, keep up the good work.
