1) Continue to bury my head in the sand and pretend it'll get better on it's own, I have to do the work
2) Continue to live in self-debt, I can do this if I put my mind to it
3) Continue to not track my food intake, I have to be accountable
4) Continue to try these crazy fad diets, the math is simple, expend more calories than you put in, you will lose weight, there is no quick fix.
5) Continue with the guilt, it's only holding me back and will continue to "weigh" me down if I let it.
