I have a friend who is a personal trainer who has been on me about running sprints just to bump up my cardio. Mind you I do NOT like to run or jog really just don't like cardio period.

SO yesterday I am out in my backyard working at raking up grass and leaves and looking at my little patch of woods. Now hiking I love and running trails for fun OH YEAH!!!!!

SOOOOOOOOOOO........

I raked up leaves and pulled up vines and made things to jump over appear in my woods. Now this I can get into logs and holes and rocks to jump over. Snakes too probably but worry about that when it happens.

SO today going to work on yard somemore and maybe my woods too.

    SOUNDS FUN, I LOVE TO HIKE BUT I USUALLY STROLL ALONG AND LOOK AT SCENERY, I WOULD LIKE AN OBSTACLE COURSE, THINKING ABOUT DOING A WARRIOR RUN NEXT YEAR.

    I have the exact opposite problem, I love cardio, and have serious trouble ever wanting to strength train! It sounds like you found a creative way to get in some of that cardio though! Great job! Jumping is a great workout!
