Last July - Sept I started working out at the Fitness Center and lost about 11 lbs. I started taking a multiple Vitamin and have always felt that when I take vitamins I feel hungry all the time and crave sweets/and carbs more.I have gained all the weight back. ;0( My weight has been going up and down every other week at TOPS meeting. I'll continue the Omega-3 Fish Oil, but I'm going to stop the multiple vitamin to see if it helps me control my appetite.
I'm still spending 2+ hrs at the Fitness Center but am yoyo (ing) down 1 up 1 with no significant losses. Does anyone else have this problem or an answer to it?
