Week 2

Okay I think I'm going to have to make these things on Sundays again because weekdays prove to be difficult. Yesterday would have been my 2nd week back on spark and I weighed 125.8! So I lost 1.6 pounds this week! I think that's pretty good. I have just over 10 pounds to lose in just a little over 3 months. I'm confident that I can do it!

I have a confession. I'm actually not sure what my actual weight was when I started this diet. My original scale was found to be over 5 pounds off. And it wasn't a digital scale so it was difficult to tell which little line the arrow was pointing to. My boyfriend decided to buy a digital scale. I was surprised that I lost 5 pounds within a few hours when I first stepped on that scale! We put 60 pound weights on the scales and sure enough - my old one was off. And the more you weighed, the more pounds it would add to your weight.

So, anyway, the 129.2 is a guess but it's just what I'm going to use as my start weight. With that I would have lost 3.4 pounds in 2 weeks! My goal is to lose at least a pound a week. I know 3.4 pounds doesn't seem like much but to me 129 and 126 are two very different numbers. 126 is the highest number I can accept as my weight. I'm not sure what it is. I feel confident if I tell people I weigh 125 but 130 seems like too much.
