Strenght Training

Hey folks
I went to the gym this morning, and I did group power. Today it was instructor L and normally I do this class with instructor M. AS a result the class which I normally feel beat out after wards, didn't really seem to that hard, and I had an easy time of doing most of the exercises, which is odd, as I have missed about 2 weeks ago.

The routine was different but the same muscle groups were still worked, I am wondering since it was a new routine for me if that impacted how difficult I found the work out, or could it just be that I kept my weight a little bit lighter because I was expecting it just as challenging.

    How do you feel now the next day? Sometimes it takes a day or so to kick in. Hopefully everything is fine.

    Great job getting fitness in.

    That is something I haven't done a lot of lately and it is showing. I have to get my pahookie moving again.
