no more emotional eating

Being the mother of teenage boys takes more patience than I have most days. Today was one of those days. Instead of eating when I wasn't hungry, I went to the library. Now it's after 9:00 and I need to eat a small dinner. Hope eating this late doesn't become habit.

    Great idea to distract yourself - it certainly helps keep you from stress eating.

    Way to go on distracting yourself! Great job! I struggle with emotional eating too. Sometimes it is so tough but I find if you distract yourself with something it helps! Keep it up!
