I believe I have an answer

Wednesday, May 18, 2011

The Doctors visit went well. I feel confident that this doctor knows what the problem is and how to treat it. He believes that I had some trauma to the ear when landing after my flight to Texas and that physical therapy will retrain my inner ear so that I am not lightheaded. He also said that I need to do what causes the spells and that will help with the retraining. He also believes that I have problems with migraines. I have many symptoms, but rarely have the awful headaches you might associate with migraines. I will be trying some medication to alleviate that. So, that means I will be getting back to exercise and just work through it.
