I remember as a teenager watching a late night show with a
rude Clown that was plain funny (well at least to a teenager).
I have always been the class clown and enjoy making other laugh
today I had a Non laughing matter... A MRI to determine what is
wrong with my head.
I did the MRI lay perfectly still thang earlier and await the forever
time until I get my call from my doctor.
So after the workout I came home and got out some snack cakes
and some chips and had a feast to celebrate me being
down and out 4300 CALORIES!!!
NOT !! I really wanted to though ,I really did ... Instead on the way home
I stopped by my favorite chinese Restaurant and purchased
a vegetable/tofu dish that is amazing. When I got home I worked
out with my 2 new weights . My new two handed curl bar(65 pounds)
and my new favorite toy!
A 60 pound single arm dumbbell.
She is so pretty and shiny and New !! I think she looks so pretty from every angle..
OK just joking
I did curl her 10 times with each arm and that made me feel pretty
darn Great. Then I had the wifee and children watch me
(it will take all 4 of them to lift my bar off from me if something happened)
as I broke my old Maximum lifted weight of 235 as I lifted and benched 240!
I have noticed that my head throbs more when I am really intensely
working out so I am going to try and keep it a little less hyped up.
Deal with stress from MRI result? YES
Day 234 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes !
Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family
,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,
many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to
get up period !! !!
