A swift kick in the butt

I dont know if its been this crappy weather we have been getting this spring or my allergies.
These last couple of weeks I have no energy to workout. I usually workout in the morning but I am so tired I skip it.. I just want to stay in bed. I just dont have the motivation that I had.

The beginning of this week its been slow but its slowly turning around...maybe because we had a few straight day of emoticon. But also I need to to get a kick in the butt to stay motivated too. emoticon

    I, too, have been trying to avoid caffiene and I am using B12 Complex, only I take it via pill form.. not a quick boost but definetely a boost. I have been dealing with crappy weather issues as well. I can't wait for some emoticon

    Don't give up!!!!! Weather affects me greatly too but you just have to not think about doing your work outs and just do it!
    I have a hard time getting going in the mornings (when I work out) so I usually take a B12 Complex Supplement (liquid form) You simply put it under your tongue and hold it for 30 seconds and it gets into your system faster than pill form and gives you a little boost of energy. I don't do caffein anymore so I need something!
