My kingdom for some sunshine. I am not even going to be greedy and ask for a full day right now. Just an hour to go and bask in the sunlight, hell, I'd even skip my workout for it (although I would probably bounce around a little bit). I am not dealing well with this endless rain *at all*. I feel like it's mid-December, where I can barely drag myself out of bed, and don't want to do anything at all. I'm thinking of adding a Vitamin D supplement to my vitamin "regimen" (in quotes, because at the moment, that includes a multi-vitamin and a Vitamin C supplement, so I'm not really sure regimen is the right word), but I don't even know where to start to look for one. Any suggestions?
