Two weeks with no weight loss
I had to keep reminding myself that if I was exercising everyday and using more calories than I taking in while eating a balanced diet I would have to be losing weight. I kept it up. Took a little break from logging in but still followed a reasonable eating plan and ramped the exercise. It paid off . When I weighed this week I had lost 3lbs! .
I looked at my goal chart for how the weight loss should be going and my weight was exactly where it should be on the graph! Amazing!!! Don't get discouraged if things vary a bit from week to week. Keep looking at the long haul and follow your progress on the reports. They really help. I can easily fit into my clothes with nothing hanging over and am looking forward to the loss of the next 12 pounds.
