It has been a long time since I have seen my collar bones! Now, they are slowly appearing. Seriously, I reach up and poke on them several times a day! Call me weird! But even more and more they are getting more prominent. Also, I am more flexible and able to do more every day. Tonight, I walked 3 miles instead of my usual 1 mile! Then I went and swam over 1/2 mile! Honestly, my muscles are quite quivery! But it's a good quivery! I told my husband that I felt like those biggest loser contestants! But totally rewarding afterwards! Problem is now I want to eat!!!!!! I think I will go to bed early! hopefully my body will start pulling from the fat stores! Woohoo! Yippee!
I'm pressing on to 50 pounds by end of may! Fifth Month--5o pounds! 3 pounds away from goal. I WILL DO THIS!!!
