So here I am back once more to this wonderful site! I have a hard time staying on track with things like this. I get really busy and forget once or twice and then I get discouraged and just stop all together. But I am back again and that is all that matters, right?! So here I go again off to track and workout and eat right! Wish me luck! Any pointers on not falling behind again?
