Ok people I am back. I have been gone for about 2months. But the good thing is I didnt gain weight. I stayed focused with me eating and I lost 17pounds since April. I eat a fruit, protein, and veg. I was only drinking water. I cant believe it I actually only drank water and a couple times drank green tea with no sugar. I am back in the gym. With a renew energy.
I will add pictures at a later date to compare.
