HI everyone, just a little update on how things are going this month, I have a 10 min exercise streak going, I have added an extra 10 minutes to my regular exercises. I have also purchased a hula hoop..remember those? I am using it whenever I take a break, or during commercials while viewing the tv! Well!~ what a time..hopefully I will catch on to it..I used to be good at it when I was younger lol! I'm still doing my 90 minutes in the pool 6x week, and my strength exercises!
I'm logging my foods, and drinking my water....so I am feeling really good about myself these days...it took 3 years but I am finally doing all the things I need to be doing, I find I'm eating smaller portions, and seem to have a better control over what I do eat now..I don't fight those inner cravings like I used to...does this mean..I AM TAKING CONTROL..and not the food? lol!
I have been challenging myself, with small goals to reach, and have been doing quite well with it!
All in all, I'm feeling good about myself, I have a lot of issues I have to work around, but I seem to have compromised here and there and worked out a doable plan!
