    YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY do 100 lbs in a year if you really get it in your head that you are going to do it ... and NOT QUIT!! You have to make that determination!!!

    I love Zumba as well. I'm sure its the main reason for the almost 10 pounds I have lost so far. I have it for the xbox kinect. It definitely feels good to have a great day of exercising and eating right. And I agree with MYSLIMBODY about water being the best drink. Most days all I drink is water but somedays I'll have 8 ounces of some type of juice or tea for dinner. Other than that, its mostly water. Good luck to you! emoticon emoticon

    haha... this was a great first vlog, I watched it while I am on my break from work.
You are doing so well.. This site is what the difference for me when I tried over a year ago.. go back and watch my first vlog ever.. I look and SOUND so different. :o And vlogging really helped me too...

Water is really really important.. and you learn that your body feels soooooo different when you are properly hydrated. Keep it up girl, and if you need a nudge come hit me up on here.

I don't know how much you cook.. but sparkrecipes is a lifesaver for reals..

    I LOVE zumba...actually I'm obsessed with it! I am convinced that it's helped me lose the 43 lbs I'm up to. And it's going to continue to help me lose a lot more. Do you go to class or have the videos? I'm trying to decide if I want to buy the DVDs but I just don't know!

    Great your doing good. However i suggest finding a healthy eating plan and sticking to it. I suggest eating whole foods or modeling your eating plan after the person you spoke of in your NO gummie bears don't buy them. Also find food that will speed up your metabolism ,energy boosting foods and add those foods to your meal plans. Also drink plenty of water don't drink your calories: example soda diet soda juices. The Best drink there is out there is water, I prefer filtered over bottled this will save you money. emoticon emoticon
