I got stalled while hubby was in hospital but we are back walking every day and I look forward to getting our pool back open. We lost our cage over it about 2 mo ago so it has been shut down but should be open in another week or so. That is my favorite workout when it is so hot.

    emoticon emoticon Way to go my Friend! You inspire me to get a move on! I had another good nights sleep and feelin' pretty darn good. I think I found the right combination...1 melatonin & 2 aleve at bedtime after having done 3000+ steps(so far, just getting walking outside again). I'm also taking my vitamins and 2 aleve in the morning. What a difference! Have an awesome Sparkweek! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
