First Week of T-Tapp done

I finished my first week of T-Tapp. I have completed instructional #1 7 times and I am ready to move on to the basic workout plus now. I am going to do a bootcamp of 7 days. I lost 5.5 inches this first week. I lost an inch each in waist, ribs and abdomen which is where I really need it.

    Wow! That's great! It's nice to hear from someone who is doing this right now. I started a couple of weeks ago but not consistently until this week. Reading this motivates me to keep going! Thanks for blogging emoticon
