All is Not Lost

All is not lost, or at least that is what I keep telling myself. This weekend was awful...I didn't track a thing and I ate a ton. We had a party to go to on Saturday and one on Sunday. So, instead of dwelling on this disastrous weekend. I'll just focus on three things for today.

1. If I bite it, I will write it.
2. Water, water, water. (Even though a Venti Chai would really make my day)
3. Get some sleep.

That's today's simple to do list. I'll stay focused on it!

    We all mess up sometimes. Thank God for GRACE!! Godís Amazing Grace gives us the ability to move forward in time of struggle. Your to do list is great, and does not too much pressure on yourself. Keep your focus and keep pushing through.
