All is not lost, or at least that is what I keep telling myself. This weekend was awful...I didn't track a thing and I ate a ton. We had a party to go to on Saturday and one on Sunday. So, instead of dwelling on this disastrous weekend. I'll just focus on three things for today.
1. If I bite it, I will write it.
2. Water, water, water. (Even though a Venti Chai would really make my day)
3. Get some sleep.
That's today's simple to do list. I'll stay focused on it!
