I got caught.....

Sunday, May 15, 2011

I got caught the other day counting my food while out to eat with a friend. She was giving me the oddest look when I looked up. LOL I said " So you don't know any one else that does this." Told her if you every need to know how many calories are in one grape, french fry, M&M or strawberry I got it covered. I'm just glad she doesn't think I have totally lost my mind only some weight. emoticon

I love it, it makes me feel so good to know I'm not the only person that does this.
Wishing you a fantastic week!

Just like the line from the song SKIN...When they start to judge you, show them your real colours...

I need to do more of this! When I go out to eat, I may choose foods that are healthier than what I would have eaten in the past, but I never count and keep track like I should. I really need to get better at eating OUT! I tend to lose control unless I'm at home. Good for you!
