Ok, so thirty-five minutes may not be the most time I've spent on the treadmill, but it shocked me today. I know I've said this before, but I LOVE MY NOOK! Right now, I'm reading Aunt Dimity and the Duke by Nancy Atherton. It is at the climax so I'm reading intently, so intently that I didn't notice the time. I started slowing the treadmill because my back was hurting and I was running out of water. I still didn't look at the time until I finished my cool down and stopped the treadmill. My goal for the day was fifteen minutes, but I surpassed that by twenty minutes! Now, I'm trying not to read more of my book until I get on the treadmill tomorrow because that will give me a lot of motivation to exercise tomorrow. That is going to be hard though. It isn't the best book I've ever read, but the part I'm reading now is just too good!

I hope you are all having a fabulous day! Ta-Ta for now!

I sort of do this, too. I have a stationary bicycle that I get on and watch a movie at the same time. I can't believe the time I can kill on a stationary bike being totally distracted. I am really logging in lots of minutes on SP. I do have a problem finding enough movies to watch. Lately been doing episodes of TV things that I never had the chance to watch on Netflix. This is really great, Melissa, getting in extra exercise. My eating has not been too good lately so I am doing more exercise and working on getting eating under control. emoticon emoticon emoticon Debbie
