It's inches!! I have tried to step up my exercise routine - still have alot of room for improvement - but last week was a good week compared to previous few weeks. So - I stepped on the scale - excited to see the new total. What a disappointment!! Still the same fat 210 pounds. Logging my lack of success into Spark today, I saw that 3 months ago I added some measurements into my weight tracker (totally forgot I did that.) I pulled out the tape measure - AND - YEAH!!!!! Down 1.5 inches on my waist, 1 inch from the hips and .5 inch on my upper arms. Now, that is really slow progress but it is progress and I will gladly accept it as success!!
