Every since I got back from Texas I have been feeling bloated and not good about myself. I was in a major funk. I am proud to say that i am feeling better and with the weather turning better, I am more willing to exercise now. I am doing a hour class of spinning on Mondays and I will tell you that my fitness instructor works ya! Tuesday and Thursday at this time are taken with soccer practice-not that it is an excuse, but the day just is way to busy for exercise to occur at this time.
I have been thinking about adding some weights to my routine, but have no idea where to start. Any ideas?
I am also back to running which is making me feel better and gives me peaceful time to myself which i REALLY need lately.
