DUAL CHALLENGES - ACCOUNTABILITY

My weight was up 3 pounds this week - not a surprise to me. I've committed to two challenges - the Starfish, and a BIGGEST LOSER challenge among 30 something family, family of family, and friends of family - starts on Monday. So I've been a little loose with eating - not too bad. Also been on some steroids for asthma flareup which really adds some fluid.
I'm excited about all the accountability - with Starfish and Biggest Loser.
MY PLAN FOR BOTH:
Excercise at least 45 minutes 6 days a week - strength and cardio
track food and stay within calorie and carbohydrate range
control, and balance of carbohydrates throughout the day - per recommendations I need to follow for Type 2 DM
drink 1/2 my weight in water
