I end the first week with a weight oss of 1.75 lb's - great start!
Went for a nice walk last night with DH along the cliffs. Found a field at the top full of cows. ED hates cows so we took a couple of photo's for her
This morning I went for a run with ED. After my review at the gym the other day where I was told that in order to decrease my time for 5k I really need to do some interval training. So we did C25K week 3 (twice through) along the seafront. My best time end to end is 33 mins and today it took 37 mins with all the walking so I think I must have upped the pace in the running parts. Certainly felt like it!
Might go for a quick bike ride to the garden centre to look at garden benches in a minute or get on with the garden. Anyway something active!
DH and the DD's are watching the FA Cup Final now so No one will wnat to join me.
