Goal #2, Sweets and Measuring

For the second week of our Challenge, I will continue to work on the "sweets" situation as it went quite well this week but I still treated myself to a couple of goodies that I just didn't need. As a matter of fact, I am going to say publicly that I will taste NO sweets in the coming week!!!
I am pretty good about measuring and weighing foods, but this next week I will do as requested and truly measure that tablespoon of creamer for my tea as well as all other foods. Once in a while it is just not possible, but I will do my best.

    Good luck with the sweets. Have you tired to just have a little portion of sweets or some fruit.

    I wish you well on eliminating sweets this week. I haven't measured in a long time so I am really going to have to work hard to remember. Have a blessed weekend.

    I did bad on the sweets this week- I think that was my problem (I had some weight gain and headaches, not sure if it is all connected...)

    try to eat something sweet that isnt unhealthy -- maybe that will help your sweet tooth (because I have one too!) emoticon
